1. How long can I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancelation, and the PayPal can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is processed. 1. I don’t know why I couldn’t pay for my order successfully.
A: There are some main troubles which caused the problem that you can’t pay for your order successfully:
A．You have not registered on our website, please create an account first.
B. If you have registered, and still doesn’t work after you tried many times, we suggest you change a browser (IE or Fire Fox) to place the order.

For special items or countries which are out of service of the Regular Post service in the correspondent warehouses, Express shipping methods may be the substitution. What are the available shipping methods?
Lookbuys.com offers regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods for free. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. The EMS upgrade option and fee information are available via a selection box on the shopping cart page before you checkout. All the EMS fee quoted on the checkout page are base on Unite State standard, if the EMS service in your countries (such as Brazil, Russia) cost more and additional EMS fee are needed. We will contact you directly for the payment required.
We automatically upgrade larger orders to EMS Express for faster delivery. You may check the shipping option in your shopping cart for the words "EMS: free upgrade".
For countries not served by EMS, Registed Airmail Service will be used instead. In such situation, EMS fee paid will be refunded

Lookbuys.com do not provide the service of arranging customs clearance and paying duties, fees and other charges to the customs and other public authorities.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
1. Do I have the Tracking Number if I choose regular post service?
A: The carrier will not offer a tracking number unless you pay for $2 insurance fee in the process of order placing. A tracking number and related official website for tracking will be sent to you via Email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.
2. Do you ship to APO address or PO Box?
A: DHL, UPS and EMS couldn't ship to APO address or PO box while the regular post service does. If you choose the DHL and EMS shipping method while the address you provide is APO address or PO Box, we will ask you to provide with us an normative address to make the shipment.
3. Which products that can not be shipped by express shipping method?
A: Laser pointer, E-Cigarette and the product which including batteries. We will choose regular post service to arrive to you, but the shipping time is a little longer.
4. Why cannot my order be sent by EMS/UPS/DHL?
A: There are several reasons for that. Firstly such products as lasers, E-cigarettes cannot be shipped express mail as it will be easier to be detained by the customs. They will be shipped by regular post service. Secondly, some countries aren’t covered by UPS/DHL. The carrier will usually change the shipping method for your order.

What is the declaration on the shipping label ?
For orders shipped with Airmail Service, the name of product category will be used as declaration and the declared value for most countries is between 30% to 60% of the package value. Norway/France/Demark are exceptions and use the real value. Besides, without specail requirment, invoices/receipts are never included in the packages.
